Lavender Martini

This unusual cocktail recipe from Wicked Wolf is a bit of a showstopper!

Ingredients

60ml Wicked Wolf Gin
15ml dry vermouth
15ml lavender syrup
2 dashes of orange bitters
Sprig of lavender

Method

Pour all the ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
Shake well, then strain into a well-chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a sprig of lavender.
