Competition Rules

By entering a competition in Taste Buds magazine or on the Taste Buds website you agree to be bound by the following rules

Definitions
“We Make Magazines“ means We Make Magazines Limited, also referred to as “We“, “Us“ and “Our“.

“Website“ means any website with a home page published by We Make Magazines Limited.

“Participants“ means anyone entering the competition or their guest(s) where the prize is for more than one person, also refered to as “You“, and “Your“.

Competiton Rules
Participation in competitions is open to all people over the age of 18 except employees of We Make Magazines, its affiliates, and participating sponsors (collectively, the “Competition Partners“).

By participating in the competition, You declare that You meet all eligibility requirements and that any submitted information is accurate.

Details of how to enter (including closing dates) and the submission process and requirements will be posted on the competition entry page of the website.

The winner(s) may be notified by email and/or telephone and the results may be published on the Website, and/or in Taste Buds magazine and via www.twitter.com/@TasteBudsMag.

We reserve the right to report details of competition winners, to take photographs (or other visual media) and to publish such media.

No cash alternative will be offered as the prize.

In the event that the prize cannot be supplied no liability will attach to We Make Magazines. Entry into any competition does not create a binding agreement between the parties. When prizes are supplied by third parties We are acting as their agents and as such We exclude all liability for loss or damage You may suffer as a result of any Competition. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

We will share your details with Competition Partners ONLY when you give permission to do so. All details completed on the entry form will be passed to the Competition Partner. These are: Name, Address, Telephone, Email. Please check the Privacy Policy of the Competition Partner to determine how your details will be used.
