Celebrate National Spinach Day on 26 March with this super-healthy drink
2 handfuls of spinach
1 kiwi fruit, peeled
Small handful of sorrel or mint
1 green apple, cored
1 tsp honey
½ inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp natural yoghurt
Put all the ingredients into a blender with some water and blitz for up to 30 seconds until smooth.
