  • 25ml Mainline Spirit Co Western Star Gin
  • 40ml coconut water
  • 25ml lime purée/juice
  • 15ml coconut syrup
  • 15ml almond syrup
  • ½ bar spoon of crème de violette
  • Ice
  • Lime wheel (for garnishing)


  1. Add all the ingredients into a Boston tin with ice and shake well.
  2. Double strain into a martini glass and garnish with the lime.
