Offering an authentic Spanish menu and various entertaining spaces, Flamenca in Exeter is an ideal venue for celebrations and gatherings
Flamenca is temporarily closed due to relocation. We will post new information here as soon as the owners update us.
Flamenca is located in the main piazza of Princesshay. With its prime position overlooking the beautiful courtyard and historic Exeter Cathedral, this Spanish restaurant is the perfect spot for any celebration or event.
The top-floor space can be transformed for your special occasion. It can accommodate between 80 to 100 guests and offers versatility for various types of gatherings. Whether you’re planning a wedding celebration, networking event, business meeting or cocktail reception, this private mezzanine overlooking Exeter Cathedral is an excellent choice. With its own private bar, it’s equipped to host live music performances and other artists.
Flamenca also has an outdoor terrace – a really inviting area surrounded by beautiful, lush plants and herbs. With capacity for 25 people, it’s a great spot to host alfresco lunches, networking events, or work functions/celebrations.
If you’re planning a large celebration, you can also hire the entire restaurant which can comfortably accommodate around 150 guests. This ensures exclusivity and ample space for your gathering.
When it comes to catering, the team at Flamenca has a variety of menu options. Starting with breakfast, you can enjoy a delicious meal to kickstart your day. For more informal gatherings, a buffet with a wide selection of dishes is available; while the bar offers Spanish tapas and drinks in a vibrant, sociable atmosphere. If you prefer a sit-down dining experience, you can choose from two or three courses, all showcasing locally sourced South West produce.
Flamenca is proud to have been selected as a finalist in the Best Restaurant category at the Exeter Living Awards in 2023 and 2024.
