Baked Sharpham Camembert with figs, nuts and honey

A baked cheese classic, supercharged with Sharpham Camembert


  • 1 x 240g Sharpham Camembert round
  • 2 figs, quartered
  • 50g walnut halves
  • 50g pistachios
  • 2 tsp runny honey
  • French bread, sliced and toasted (for serving)


  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. Chop half the walnuts and pistachios into smaller pieces, then set aside.
  3. Place the Camembert on a baking tray.
  4. Layer some whole nuts on top of the cheese, followed by the figs, then sprinkle the chopped nuts on top and between the figs.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes to soften the cheese and toast the nuts.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey.
  7. Serve immediately with the toast.
