Callum Tasker, Head Chef at Brasserie at the Bay in Meadfoot, has developed his own distinctive style of cuisine. Broadly British but with influences from French and Italian dishes, his philosophy is to let wonderful ingredients shine. Recent winners of a Taste of the West Gold Award, plus a Gold Award for The Meadfoot Bay Hotel too, the team here is clearly getting it right.
The menu, in addition to featuring daily specials, changes to reflect the seasons and the local produce that becomes available. With Brixham around the corner, fish features highly, as does meat sourced from Devon farmers.
