It’s rare for Taste Buds to feature a business over the border, but having recently worked with Executive Chef, Matthew Street, for our latest recipe book: A Taste of the West Country, we just had to share our experience!
Matthew’s professional home is Seasons at The Eastbury Hotel, where he has been leading the kitchen team for 12 years. Matthew describes his cooking style as “imaginative and fun with a hint of nostalgia.”
This boutique Georgian townhouse is set within a walled garden, has five Victorian potting sheds, and lawns offering croquet, badminton, table tennis and large chess for those who enjoy fun and games! A woodland spa is coming soon.
