The butcher’s counter in each of Ben’s Farm Shops is stocked with a range of locally-reared, grass-fed, free-range and organic meats. Experienced and knowledgeable butchers are happy to advise you on any cut required.

The Farm Shop is offering a free-range turkey from Frenchbeer Farm in Chagford. These plump birds are free to roam and reared to the highest organic standards – just not necessarily fed a wholly organic diet.

The turkey – worth around £60 – will feed approximately five people and must be collected from one of the farm shops in either Staverton, Totnes, Yealmpton or Exeter.
Figgy's Christmas Pudding

Figgy’s multi-award-winning Christmas Puddings are handmade in Woodbury Salterton to a family recipe and matured in traditional ceramic bowls. Steeped in Somerset Cider Brandy and Hanlons Port Stout, they make an ideal Christmas treat or a special present.

GT Orsman, Shaldon

The Orsman family founded its award-winning butchers in Shaldon over 100 years ago. The business sells premium quality beef, pork and lamb products from only the finest animals and farms in the South West. Sharpham Wine

Sharpham’s Pinot Gris Wild Ferment and Pinot Noir come from the outstanding 2018 vintage and are two of its bestsellers. The Pinot Gris grapes were soaked with their skins for 24-48 hours and fermented using natural yeast. The Pinot Noir is a ripe, elegant red which is bursting with red berry flavours.

Chunk Pie – Venison and Port

Chunk of Devon, based in Ottery St Mary, is offering a case of eight of its Great Taste award-winning Venison & Port Pies. Using local venison, mushrooms, a good splosh of port, a few crushed juniper berries and a little cacao, these pies are a hearty winter treat. Stuff the turkey… have a pie!

Lovaton Farm Meat

Lovaton Farm in South Tawton is a family-run farm, producing quality award-winning meat and meat boxes in a high welfare and sustainable manner. Its Gloucester Old Spot rolled leg of pork won three stars at the Great Taste Awards 2013.

Otter Vale Marmalade

Located just outside Cullompton, Otter Vale has been making award-winning condiments for 40 years. Its West Country Chutney Selection comprises: Devon Chutney, Apple with West Country Cider Chutney and Devon Fire Chutney. The West Country Marmalade Selection includes: Marmalade with Somerset Cider Brandy, Lime and Lemon Marmalade with Exeter Gin, and Ginger and Spiced Rum Marmalade (using Two Drifters Spiced Rum).
